By using LetMeRate (the app, website, and API), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page.

2. Eligibility
LetMeRate is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the service you represent that you are at least 18 years old. You may not use the service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
3. The service
LetMeRate provides facial-geometry analysis of photos you capture (the scan) and a community feed where users rate photos on a numeric 1–10 scale. Results are estimates based on geometric measurements and pre-computed scores; they are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice.
4. Community feed rules
When you post a photo to the feed you retain ownership of the photo and grant LetMeRate a limited license to store and display it for the feed's operation. You agree that anything you post: • is your own photo (or one you have the right to post), • is not illegal, obscene, or unsafe content, • does not depict minors inappropriately — posting such content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account removal and reporting where required by law, • does not infringe anyone's rights. The feed supports numeric ratings only — no text comments or messages. Ratings must be honest and non-abusive. We may remove content and accounts that violate these rules.
5. Accounts
Your account is tied to an anonymous device identifier and optional demographics. You are responsible for activity from your device. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Payments
Paid features (e.g., PRO passes and single reports) are described at the point of purchase. If and when payments are enabled, prices and billing terms will be shown before purchase, and payment processing is handled by a third-party provider. Purchases are subject to the provider's terms.
7. Acceptable use & conduct
You may not: attempt to access another user's account or data, manipulate ratings or visibility, spam, scrape the service at scale, probe or attack the service's infrastructure, or use the service to harass or harm others. Automated or bulk access requires our prior written consent.
8. Intellectual property
The LetMeRate app, brand, and underlying technology are our property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law. Your content remains yours.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetMeRate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or applicable law, with or without notice. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LetMeRate is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
